What items do you accept?

All size clothing and shoes for women, men, plus, maternity, juniors, children, and infants within its current season. Fashion and Fine Jewelry. Year-round we accept activewear, boutique, jeans, short sleeves high-end and fashion handbags and accessories.

How does it work?

No appointment to drop off is needed. We will scan your ID and create an account for you. We go through your items and choose the items we want to put in our store based on condition, style, and our inventory needs. We price and tag your items. We return the items we can't accept to you unless you request for us to donate them. We notify you via text when we are finished processing your items. At that time, you will receive an email that lists all the items we accepted and what price we have listed them for. Current processing time varies. MUST HAVE A CELL PHONE NUMBER AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONSIGN. If you have items waiting to be processed, you can NOT drop off until those items are completed.

How does the contract work?

Our contract is for 120 days. The expiration date of your items will be on your item list email. You will also have an electronic copy to sign when you drop off for the first time that will be sent to your email. After the contract ends, your unsold items will be used for local donation to Petunia's Resale for Rescue. There is a copy of our contract for viewing on our website.

How do i get paid?

Feel free to come in or call for your payable balance. You can cash out for items sold at anytime as long as the sale is past the 7 day return window. We do not mail checks.

How should I bring you my items?

We ask that your items come to us 'rack ready' (meaning NOT on hangers) and they need to be freshly laundered and without any stains. They must not have any smoke or storage odor. We do not require your items come to us in tubs; items will be transferred to our tubs. There is a one tub (18 gallon) limit per drop off. Items must be processed before dropping off more.

What are some things you don't take?

We do not take toys, stuffed animals, books, car seats, bedding, eletronics, curtains, cribs, china, or glassware. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOME DECOR.

What items can I receive instant cash for?

Gold, silver, diamonds, and coins. Designer brand handbags & wallets such as Coach, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Kate Spade, Dooney & Bourke, Vera Bradley. Lululemon, Patagonia, Lilly Pulitzer, & Women's Plus Size apparel sizes XL and up.
